Refunds
Keywordee has no free trial. Instead, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Renewals aren't refunded.
How to request a refund
Email info@keywordee.app within 14 days of your first purchase to request a refund. Send it from the email address you bought with, or include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt, so we can find your order. We'll review your request and reply.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and sells Keywordee to you, so an approved refund is paid by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. How long your bank takes to show it is up to your bank. Tax charged on the purchase is refunded with it.
What happens to your license
When a purchase is refunded, its license key is disabled. Keywordee on your Mac becomes read-only: everything you tracked stays visible on that Mac and you can still export it, but nothing new is fetched. You can delete the app at any time.
Cancelling without a refund
You can stop a subscription from renewing at any time from the Customer Portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. The license then works until the end of the period you paid for. After that Keywordee is read-only, as above. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period. Within 14 days of your first purchase, you can request a refund instead.
