What to write to us about

• Questions before you buy. What Keywordee does, which Macs it runs on, and how a license works.
• Help with your license. Activating a Mac, freeing a seat or moving to a new Mac. You can also manage your license yourself from your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
• Refunds. See Refunds for how they work.
• Privacy requests. Asking what we hold about you, or to delete it. See Privacy.
• Launch news. Email us to be told when Keywordee launches, or when the Team license is ready.

If you are writing about a purchase, include the email address you bought with. Never send your license key by email unless we ask for it.
